Who he is
A romantic narrator of the city at night.
Born in Bremen to immigrant parents, he grew up in Veria, moving house almost every school year. At 13 he found poetry in the town library; at 17 he picked up his first guitar. After Mora sti Fotia and his years in Paris, he formed Xylina Spathia, one of the best-loved Greek rock bands of the '90s.
Fifteen years with B-Movies followed, then Hotel Alaska, his reading of Giannis Markopoulos's songs at the Onassis Stegi, and Brancaleone (2024), which many call his best record. In 2024 he also published his first poetry collection.
